The RNBT are excited to announce the appointment of Anita Crouch as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment was facilitated through a partnership with Gatenby Sanderson, a trusted executive search firm known for connecting organisations with exceptional leadership talent.

Anita joins The RNBT with an extensive background in financial management, having held senior leadership roles at G&B Electronic Designs Ltd, Sanofi Winthrop Ltd and Vortex Distribution Ltd. With a strong commitment to non-profit finance, Anita brings a wealth of experience in driving financial strategy, overseeing budgeting processes and ensuring compliance, all while maintaining a focus on supporting The RNBT’s mission and long-term sustainability.
