The RNBT Awarded Silver in the Armed Forces Covenant’s Employer Recognition Scheme

We are proud to share that The RNBT has been awarded the Silver Award as part of the Armed Forces Covenant’s Employer Recognition Scheme.

The award celebrates organisations that demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community, not only through the services they provide, but also in how they uphold the Covenant as an employer.

This achievement reflects the dedication of all our staff at The RNBT, from those delivering vital support to our Naval family to the teams working behind the scenes to make the organisation a supportive and inclusive place to work.

Receiving the Silver Award is an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, and we’re looking ahead to our next goal: the Gold Award.

Our thanks go to the South East Reserve Forces’ & Cadets’ Association (SERFCA) for hosting such a spectacular awards evening.
