Mental Health Support for the Naval Family
Life during and after service can bring challenges, and The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust (The RNBT) is here to provide mental health support to the Navy family. Whether you’re serving, a veteran, or a RN or RM dependent, if you’re facing mental health difficulties, we’re here to support you.
We work alongside partner organisations to signpost you to appropriate mental health services, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and isolation.
Mental health matters just as much as physical health. If you or someone you know is struggling, you’re not alone – reach out and take the first step toward support.
Who is eligible for RNBT Support?
Help is available to serving and veteran Royal Navy Ratings and Royal Marines and Other Ranks, their partners, widows and widowers, and dependants.
