Debt Advice for the Naval Family
Struggling with debt is difficult, and seeking help can be just as hard. If you’re part of the Royal Navy or Royal Marines community, there is confidential, expert help available.
While The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust (The RNBT) doesn’t offer debt counselling directly, we can:
Provide grants to help clear priority debts like rent or utility arrears.
Work with caseworkers (e.g. SSAFA or RBL) to connect you with debt advice services.
Who is eligible for RNBT Support?
Help is available to serving and veteran Royal Navy Ratings and Royal Marines and Other Ranks, their partners, widows and widowers, and dependants.
